Leader Factory ("we", "us", "our") is a mastermind and events business for ambitious operators, founded by Jacob and Nicole Carlile. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you fill out a form, join our waitlist, or interact with our ads.

2. What we collect

When you fill out a lead form or opt in through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we collect:

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Business details, if provided
  • Any answers you give on our forms or surveys
  • Payment details, if you purchase (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us)

We also collect data automatically through tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, and similar tools), including IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.

3. How we use your information

  • Contact you about the waitlist, mastermind, events, or retreats
  • Send marketing emails and SMS (you can opt out any time)
  • Run and measure our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Process payments and manage your membership
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

4. How we store and share your information

Your data is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel). We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business (payment processors, email/SMS platforms, hosting)
  • Meta and Google, for ad delivery and performance measurement, in aggregated or hashed form where possible
  • Authorities, if required by law

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site and forms use cookies and the Meta Pixel to track visits, measure ad performance, and build lookalike audiences. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update it
  • Delete it, unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email, or by replying "STOP" to any SMS. To make any other request, email [email protected].

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. No system is 100 percent secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Leader Factory is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
